At Zeno SMILE, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please email us at zenosmiles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed.

Results Disclaimer

Because our products are cosmetic:

  • Results may vary from person to person
  • We do not guarantee specific whitening results, and refunds are not issued based on results alone
